Ordered on May 13th with the intention on receiving it by my birthday on the 24th since it said 5-7 days shipping, how naive of me. Emailed them on the 19th asking when my ordered would be shipped.

I did not receive a response but I did receive an email with tracking info on the 20th.

Today is the 22nd and I’ve been trying to track it since I received the tracking number and all I’m seeing is “shipping label created”. I emailed them again this morning expressing my dissatisfaction however I doubt I will get a response..
