Hair Everywhere - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT!

Had to be the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They have HORRIBLE hair and not to mention the a** hole Todd.
He needs to be replaced. He will be the biggest down fall for this company and his mouth piece will get this company a s*** load of lawsuits. This was my first time ordering I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. And after reading all of these reviews I see I am not the only one.
I plan to go to the BBB next. I dont see how they are STILL in business.

Todd is an A**! He was so rude to me.
I was 2 weeks away from my wedding when my hair arrived. I ordered it about 5 weeks before the wedding. The hair was the wrong color. He wouldn't even listen to my issue.
He kept telling me to trust him. When he finally let me explain my issue, he told me he couldn't do anything because it was 4pm and they close at 4. He told me I was lucky he even answered the phone since it was so close to 4. When I ordered my hair the rep told me to put notes in the comment area, but Todd was like we never read that.
Like really dude... WTF!!!
I experienced the same situation with him just today and he hung up on me when I told him who tf did he think he was talking to. Then he called back so many times and then texted me to say that I didn't hear his question right.
No I never heard a question but he blamed me for it. I ordered next day and it came a week later and I ordered the biggest bundles and got the smallest ones and he had the nerve to tell me that I'm trying to get over on him.
