Hair Everywhere - Customer Care Review
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. So yesterday I purchased hair (3 bundles) and was like wow an amazing deal!
I was excited. After looking more into the company I realized I was not interested in their poor handling of situations, how they mess up orders, etc and decided to cancel 10 min after the purchase. (I bought it at 8 am, canceled at 8:15am). Worried about the payment & how people were not refunded, I messaged their live chat.
The people in the live chat were extremely rude even typing in caps & at the end when i asked why THEY can't refund me (they kept telling me it was up to Todd despite the fact that their website says they'll refund within 24 hours) they blocked me from the chat after responding "have a good day" instead of answering my question for NO reason. Their customer service team is an embarrassment. They immediately tell me to call Todd (this was at about 9 am) and send me his number. I text & left a voicemail.
I then messaged on instagram & left a comment and was immediately blocked. I didn't cuss, be offensive, I've worked in customer service so I know how it is but it was completely unprovoked. I then contacted my bank and paypal to be refunded and then the man Todd calls me. He instantly asks how old I am, and then tells me because I'm 19 I'm immature & "expect things to happen immediately" (which I just needed confirmation.
He told me it's "common sense that he wouldn't be at the office until 11" when his COWORKERS or whoever GAVE ME THE NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO CALL AT 9. They literally said "Call Todd" & gave his number, didn't tell me when he would be available or anything and even when I said my messages weren't being delivered they told me to leave him a message. He also said they reason they blocked me on the live chat is because I was "probably being rude". What?!
That's not even close to the case. Why would I be rude to people with MY MONEY? Lol! SMH he had some nerve to try to tell me about me.
He then said he would refund me but I need to "respond to an email" basically agreeing they could take $25 for restocking (I can't imagine if people waited weeks to receive their product that after an hour they started mine. Lmao). He hung up all upset and then 10 minutes later called me and said "just so you know they blocked you on instagram because you left a comment about a product and that's not what instagram is for," and hung up. This man seems upset about something.
I don't complain and honestly was interested in their products, if I had more money to waste I probably would have gone ahead, but now after seeing how disgusting they are I will tell EVERYONE to avoid them. Terrible people and company.

Lol! This company lied on me on the BBB report.
They said
"Hello, This consumer ordered at 3am and sent many texts at 3am in the morning. 8am the consumer started cursing on live chat, the consumer was refund fully. We also removed her from Instagram as we no longer wished to render her services."
Which is all lies. Lmaooooo.
I ordered at 8am which I can prove because I specifically took screenshots of the time I ordered the product & then messaged them in case they said I didn't contact within 24 hours.
I also never cursed on the live chat, which I can also prove. Again why would I curse to people with my money?!
And they still stole $25 from me.
They didn't refund me FULLY. even my paypal says "partial refund." LOL
