Hair Everywhere - Bad express

I placed a order 2 weeks ago with express shipping i just recived a tracking number friday and it still isnt on its way. I also asked for a refund and i didnt get it.
Ive been writting and trying to get in contact ive been texting calling and emailed. Its horrible customer service i will never order from them again.

Did u ever receive it if so how long I ordered on the 5th of april this *** is so *** ridiculous they sitting here lien like they sending out ordered and haven’t I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO FRAUD AND SOMEONE ELSE THAT IM NOT GONE SPEAK ON HERE since they frauding and liying
No i never received it i got a tracking number last week she never sent it out she told me it got lost in site but thats bull but it still wasnt shipped out. My advice is keep calling and texting her and chatting on site thats what i did i just got a refund. I kept writting its horrible customer service.
I order on the 7 and just got that email saying my order has been shipped .. I paid th 55$ for shipping as well.. I’m waiting to see though
