Unprofessional
I placed a order on March 22 I called on March 26th explain that I have a birthday on the 2nd and that I would need the hair a day before or on that day the man I spoke with said call back on Friday 27th so he could see what he could do about express shipping I called on Friday around business hours like he said no answer I called 4 times no answer or call back I assumed they were closed on the weekend so I wait til Monday the 30th at this point Im in tears cause my birthday getting closer and closer he then explains to me I should of called on Friday there is nothing he can really do for me without express and then goes on to say my birthday really dont matter cause people out here dying from rona mind you dat dont got *** to do wit me getting my hair on Thursday we get off phone my mom sees how upset I am & offer to pay for express ship so I call him right back 15 min later no answer I called 4 more times no answer or call back the whole day I still *** wait the next day on the 31st to call to try to get the express ship he rudely answer the phone irritated Ive been calling all week when he could of just answered on Friday and tells me out his soup coolers I have no choice but to wait for standard ship which can take another 2 weeks and to stop calling I even said if I dont get it Thursday Im fine with Friday or Saturday this man was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful I dont give a damn if all sells are final I want my money back this is such a disgusting company

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
Once my hair FINALLY arrived I noticed the hair was the wrong color. I paid for my hair to be customized.
It cost me 400$. I sent in a picture of the exact hair color that I wanted which was a light auburn. Instead what was sent was dirty blonde hair with red dye stuck in the hair. In those places the hair was hard and stuck together.
After several attempts at trying to reach the company through text message, calling, DM, email. Someone called me back and was completely unprofessional. He asked me why I had zoomed in on the hair where the dye was stuck in the hair. Weird question.
He also stated the hair color that I wanted is not going to be completely the same as what I ordered. It would only be similar.
To make things short he hung up on me. (I will add a picture of the exact hair color that I sent them and what they gave me)

The same thing happened to me. I messaged them on Instagram, email and by text message.
Then after I sent them a message about my order plus the terrible quality, they told me not to contact them again or else they would get a lawyer involved. Cut your losses and don’t order from them again.
The hair is not even human, it’s a synthetic blend. I’ve uses beauty supply store hair that fairs better than theirs.
